I’ve reported and edited breaking news, magazine features, and opinion pieces, as well as crafted newsletters, produced podcasts, and appeared regularly on TV and radio. My work spans topics and countries— from the post-Covid US jobs recovery to the US-China trade war and the fertility crisis.

I’m a first generation immigrant and third-culture kid, which made me adaptable and curious from a young age (I wrote a bit about that history here). At the heart of what I do and love is the deeply human act of story-telling— creating work that connects with people.
